All hotels were comfortable, clean and of a good standard. The service provided by the hotels was very good and the food provided was of an exceptional quality.
Our only negative comment was the Serai Resort Reception was not as helpful as I would have expected and the houseboat that we were provided with was definitely of a superior and suitable standard.

We were delighted that we stayed in excellent health throughout. The food and the service in hotels was excellent. We would not have missed for worlds the insights we gained into the beliefs, work ethic and friendliness and approachability of the Indian people. Although we were a mixed-age party we got along well together, celebrated some birthdays and wedding anniversaries in style and enjoyed a memorable holiday.

Our tour guide was the best ever. He went out of his way to ensure we got as much from the trip as we possibly could. We called him VeeKay, his given name is Vishnu but much longer. You have an absolute star in that man and he will go far. He was so caring and thought of every small detail.

Tea County in Munnar was our favourite - excellent in every sense.
The organisation was 1st class. Muhammed did an excellent job, adding local knowledge and little touches which enhanced the experience. He helped the group bond from the outset (with one notable exception who found fault from the outset and then throughout the trip - which I doubt anyone else on the trip would support!)

Most of the Hotels were of a very good standard. The Gem Park at Ooty was in a spectacular position above the town, but the hotel it's self was a little care-worn. The bed sheets did not appear clean. Not sure if they were washing stains, or just stains. Room service were happy to come and change the sheets straight away at my request.
The Raddison Blue Hotel at Mysore was probably of the best standard. We also liked the Serai Resort as well.
